Order cancellation: 

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed.

Returns:

At present we can not offer refunds on abaya and hijab sets for hygiene reasons. We are not able to offer exchanges.

Please note due to the nature of each abaya being handmade, the snap button is delicate and needs to be handled with care. It can be reinforced with thread.
