Order cancellation: 

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed.

Returns:

At present we can not offer refunds on abaya and hijab sets for hygiene reasons. Each set is sealed and classified as a personal wear product. We are not able to offer exchanges.

Please note due to the nature of abaya being handmade, the snap button is delicate and needs to be handled with care.
